Magius provides unique services designed to enhance user experience. We strive for maximum uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any downtime.
Payment / Pricing / Billing
All transactions are conducted in local currency. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Taxes may apply, and late fees may be incurred for delays in payment.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of Magius and others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights are owned by Magius. Users grant Magius a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display user-generated content.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Termination & Suspension
Magius reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if there is a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to users shall cease.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magius operates. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
Changes to the Terms
Magius may update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Changes will take effect 30 days after notice.
